Shipping to a Freight Forwarder
Anytime a freight forwarder is used Footaction will not be accountable for damage, defect, material difference or loss that arises to products after handing off to the freight forwarder. Footaction insists that you as the customer should refuse goods that are damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Items missing after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility. If the package destination is to a forwarder and not the customer, Footaction is no longer held accountable for missing/damaged packages.
Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery selected at checkout.
If the order does not arrive in the stated time frame. Weather delays, mechanical delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times and are non-refundable.
